ü       Previous experience with customer is preferred, sales is not required. 

ü       Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")

We are looking for good automotive technicians with the desire to continue to grow & learn. We are offering great pay and incentives. Ford certification is a plus, but not necessary!  We need light line, used car technician, team leader for the lube tech team and diesel apprentice techs.

·         Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders on vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards

·         Automotive technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification

·         Mechanics provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs

·         Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers

·         Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.

·         Inspect and test vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
